We hope you will consider submission of an abstract and also encourage your fellow Physicians, Residents, Nurses and other Oncology & Hematology professionals to submit abstracts for this research and education event, which has seen impressive growth during the past few years.

August 1 @ midnight - Deadline for Submissions
August 2 - 9 – Judging
Week of August 15 – Email notifications sent to presenters

Before submitting your abstract, please follow the requirements listed below:

Abstract File Submission Requirements:

• Must include
  • Title
  • Introduction/Hypothesis
  • Methodology
  • Results
  • Conclusion
• Tables may be included (single spaced)
• Must use generic names for drugs and devices
• Must use standard abbreviations
• DO NOT include illustrations, figures, references, authors, institutions, or funding sources
• Must not exceed 300 words
• Submit in PDF or Word Document format ONLY
