We hope you will consider submission of an abstract and also encourage your fellow Physicians, Residents, Nurses, and other Oncology & Hematology professionals to submit abstracts for this research and education event, which has seen impressive growth during the past few years.

Abstract Timeline:
August 31 @ midnight - Deadline for Submissions
September 1-10 – Judging
Week of September 11 – Email notifications sent to presenters

Monetary awards will be given to the best podium and poster presentations at the close of the meeting!

Before submitting your abstract, please follow the requirements listed below:

Abstract File Submission Requirements:

• Must include
  • Title
  • Introduction/Hypothesis
  • Methodology
  • Results
  • Conclusion
• Tables and images may be included (single spaced)
• Must use generic names for drugs and devices
• Must use standard abbreviations
• DO NOT include illustrations, figures, references, authors, institutions, or funding sources
• Must not exceed 300 words
• Submit in PDF or Word Document format ONLY
• Maximum two abstracts per author
• Case reports, Original Research, either database, clinical, or lab can be accepted​

If you do not follow the submission requirements, you will not be eligible to present.
